We are looking for a PNEUMOLOGIST doctor to work in a specialized institution for adolescent health (m/f) and young adults. This clinic located in the West Center of our beautiful capital, Paris, is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation establishment (223 beds). You will work in a medical team of 4 doctors and a specialized multidisciplinary team. The pulmonology department specializes in the management and education of chronic respiratory failure, it has 27 beds (including 10 MCO and 17 SSR), a technical platform (EFR, video endoscopy, polygraphs and polysomnography), with a more specific orientation for chronic respiratory failure and home ventilatory assistance (NIV and tracheotomy), also for chronic respiratory pathologies affecting adolescents and young adults, and finally sleep disorders. Your missions: - Carry out the clinical examination, identify symptoms, identify the patient's living environment, participate in the development of the diagnosis, determine therapeutic needs and define a coordinated care plan in consultation with the patient's overall project; - Prescribe medical care, perform technical procedures and organize the patient's therapeutic education in collaboration with the teams; - Contribute to informing and explaining treatment methods to the patient and their family; - Participate in the implementation of prevention actions; - Participate in clinical and institutional team meetings - Update the medical file and complete medical-administrative documents; - Work in close coordination with our referrers - Participate in the development and implementation of the department's medical project You will benefit from an exceptional working environment, Vacation requirements according to your availability from 1 day to 5 days/week, 1 to 4 weeks/month Remuneration: Professional classification Collective Agreement FEHAP 1951, medical sector, Specialist doctor profession, coefficient 937. + seniority recovery according to AEC terms + decentralized bonus 5%.
