We are looking for nurses (M/F) to work in a medical-social establishment, welcoming adults with disabilities. You will have a key role in supporting residents and patients by ensuring their physical and mental health in a caring and secure environment. You will participate in the assessment and monitoring of the health of residents, you will administer the necessary nursing care. You will support them in the development of their autonomy and well-being. At the heart of the multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the development and monitoring of individualized care projects.
