We are looking for one of our clients, a nursing home located in Toulouse, a Care Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract. Your missions: Support new nursing assistants in their integration and in the implementation of good practices Regularly update residents' care plans As a weight referent, you ensure monthly monitoring of residents' weights Monitor the evolution of residents' food textures and develop menu plans You are a state-certified Nursing Assistant You have solid experience in nursing homes You have the ability to work in a team and manage complex situations Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 1 weekend per month Remuneration of 2000EUR gross/month Referent bonus 70EUR SEGUR bonus Resumption of seniority Company restaurant
