We are looking for one of our clients, an establishment located in the Foix (09) sector, a Health Manager (M/F) - cross-functional missions on the geriatrics center The establishment is made up of 830 beds, places and positions 242 short-stay beds (MCO) 353 EHPAD beds 79 follow-up and rehabilitation care beds 37 day hospitalization places 14 hemodialysis stations 32 Alzheimer's day care places 45 home hospitalization places (HAD) 28 home nursing service places (SSIAD) The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent contract on the Geriatrics Center - UMA/UMT (all units including the medico-social sector). Experience required in a geriatric department (preferably in the medical-social sector) Your missions: Animation and management of the team Organization of care Support for the person Participation in interdisciplinary meetings Possible on-call duty
