We are actively looking for a Geriatrician for a Hospital Center located in Charente-Maritime on the oceanfront. This establishment has a versatile Continuing Care and Rehabilitation Service (SMR), specialized in geriatrics, with a capacity of 35 beds. Main missions: - Provide medical care for hospitalized patients requiring follow-up and rehabilitation care, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. - Develop and monitor individualized therapeutic projects in consultation with other health professionals. - Participate in multidisciplinary consultation meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of care. - Ensure continuity of care and ensure the smooth running of patients' health journey.
