Our recruitment agency is assisting a medical-social clinic located in a peaceful, green, and natural setting with the recruitment of a State-Registered Nurse for a permanent position. The clinic offers a well-structured environment, a smooth organization, and a genuine quality of work life. The schedule is day shifts only, with one weekend worked out of every three. Days are 12.5 hours long (11 hours and 10 minutes worked). The schedule is based on a 6-week cycle. You will only work one weekend per cycle, for three consecutive days. Typical hours are: 6:30 am - 7:00 pm, 7:30 am - 8:30 pm, and 8:00 am - 8:30 pm. This schedule is designed to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your role, within a dynamic and supportive team: Administration and validation of treatments (HGT, toxicology...) Technical care (dressings, aerosols, vital signs...) Updating of care plans Structured oral and written reports Management of admissions & discharges (PMSI, liaison forms) Participation in multidisciplinary summaries Patient & family relations Working closely with the nursing assistants The organization is structured, roles are defined and continuity of care is a priority.
