Mastery of regulatory requirements, particularly the NF EN ISO 15189 (2022) standard. Skills in management, project management, teamwork, and communication. Our client, a Health Examination Center recognized for its commitment to prevention and support, is seeking a Head Biologist starting in April 2026. This center is a major player in the department: nearly 4,000 patients are seen each year, with particular attention paid to vulnerable populations, and a wide range of services from primary prevention and screening to therapeutic education. The integrated, modern, and multidisciplinary laboratory comprises four technicians and one medical biologist. The Head Biologist position is available as part of a strategic expansion. Your responsibilities: - Manage all laboratory activities, in direct contact with the Center's management. - Ensure compliance with best professional practices and the national missions of Health Examination Centers. - Define the quality policy and strategic objectives, in collaboration with the quality manager and management. - Manage, support, and develop the skills of the laboratory team. - Ensure comprehensive patient care within the laboratory. - Perform occasional blood draws and cervical cancer screening tests. - Ensure the appropriateness of prescriptions and guarantee contextualized interpretation of results. - Communicate with and advise partner healthcare professionals. - Participate in quality management, document drafting, and validation. Gross annual salary: €84,160 over 14 months.
