Hello, we are looking for a Care Assistant (AS) for one of our partner nursing homes to join their care team on a fixed-term/permanent contract or on a temporary basis. The residence accommodates 117 residents, including 10 in a protected unit, and is located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, just off the ring road and accessible by bus. Reporting to the director and the Head Nurse, and working with the Registered Nurses, while respecting the individualized care plan and care plan of each resident, your main responsibilities will be: - Monitoring the health status of residents within your scope of practice and identifying emergency situations - Providing hygiene and comfort care to residents while respecting their autonomy - Assisting and supporting residents with all aspects of daily living - Ensuring the well-being and safety of residents and maintaining social connections
