We are seeking a State-Registered Nurse, registered with the Nursing Council, who wishes to contribute to a facility where quality care and human values are paramount. Beyond the diploma, we place great importance on your mindset: you are driven by values of respect, active listening, and compassion, and you pay particular attention to the quality of care and the overall support of residents. Your professional rigor, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize will allow you to thrive in an environment where care must be precise, tailored, and responsive. Your sense of responsibility, combined with your team spirit, will facilitate your integration into an already stable and dedicated team. Prior experience in a nursing home or geriatrics would be appreciated, but is not required. Beginner profiles who are motivated, curious and eager to participate in a dynamic of learning and development within a structured and supportive environment are also welcome.

We are recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to join a committed, close-knit, and caring team. We offer an excellent opportunity in a small, friendly nursing home where the quality of resident care and employee well-being are paramount. The facility accommodates approximately 70 residents and has a secure unit (UP), allowing for appropriate and safe care for the most vulnerable. Its manageable size fosters close relationships, team cohesion, and genuine quality of daily interactions, both with residents and among staff. Particular attention is paid to the continuous improvement of working conditions and the quality of care. Indoor and outdoor spaces have been designed to ensure pleasant and restorative breaks. Work schedules are based on shifts from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, with two nurses present each day, allowing for teamwork and genuine support in patient care. The schedule is organized on a four-week rotation, including two weekends worked per month and seven consecutive days off. As part of your duties, you will provide nursing care and medical monitoring for residents, while actively participating in care coordination with the multidisciplinary team. You will ensure the quality, safety, and continuity of care, while contributing to the continuous improvement initiatives of the facility. You will join a stable, experienced, and supportive team, attentive to your integration and professional development. Numerous benefits are also offered within the facility and the group. We would be delighted to discuss this excellent opportunity with you.
