General Practitioner (M/F)

We are seeking a General Practitioner or Geriatrician to manage a multidisciplinary geriatric rehabilitation unit (SMR): THE POSITION: As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Ensuring the follow-up of patients in the SMR unit and guaranteeing the continuity of their care pathway, whether in inpatient (HC) or outpatient (HDJ) depending on their needs - Participating in the development of personalized programs in collaboration with the care teams - Actively contributing to the facility's health project - Participating in prevention, therapeutic education, and patient follow-up initiatives - Contributing to quality improvement, risk management, and continuous improvement of practices CONDITIONS: - Position available from June 2026 on a full-time permanent contract BENEFITS: - Multidisciplinary teamwork promoting collaboration and skills development - Human-sized work environment - Appropriate technical facilities and equipment - Opportunities for career advancement and mobility - Employee benefits : bonuses, works council, mobility assistance, meal and transport allowances
