You hold a state-recognized nursing assistant diploma. You are attentive to the well-being of residents and demonstrate kindness, patience, and empathy, particularly with dependent elderly individuals or those with cognitive impairments. You are meticulous, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team. Your keen observation skills and dedication enable you to provide high-quality care and personalized support for each resident. Prior experience in a nursing home or Alzheimer's unit is preferred. Available on an occasional basis, you are looking for a variety of assignments while maintaining flexibility.
We are seeking caregivers for one of our partner facilities to work on an occasional or temporary basis in a nursing home (EHPAD) located approximately 80 km from Toulouse. The facility has a capacity of 83 beds, including 12 in an Alzheimer's unit and 14 in a specialized unit (PASA), allowing for tailored care for residents with cognitive impairments. You will work within 6 living units, organized in a warm and intimate environment. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the daily support and well-being of the residents. Your main responsibilities will include: providing hygiene and comfort care; assisting residents with daily living activities; participating in health monitoring; contributing to maintaining residents' independence; and participating in the social life of the facility. These temporary assignments offer flexibility and variety, while allowing you to work in a facility that prioritizes the quality of life for both residents and staff.
