You are a state-registered nurse, registered with the Nursing Board. You are committed to providing compassionate, patient, and respectful care to elderly individuals, taking into account their specific needs, particularly in cases of cognitive impairment. You demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy in managing care. Your interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are essential for ensuring comprehensive and high-quality care. Prior experience in a nursing home or with patients with Alzheimer's disease is preferred. Available on an occasional basis, you are looking for a variety of assignments while maintaining flexibility.
We are seeking nurses for one of our partner facilities to work on an occasional or temporary basis at a nursing home (EHPAD) located approximately 80 km from Toulouse. The facility has a capacity of 83 beds, including 12 in an Alzheimer's unit and 14 in a specialized unit (PASA), allowing for tailored care for residents with cognitive impairments. You will work within 6 living units, each with its own distinct character, fostering a warm and personalized environment for residents. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the overall care of residents, ensuring the quality and continuity of their care. Your main tasks: Providing nursing care and monitoring residents Participating in the development and monitoring of care plans Ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of residents Collaborating with nursing assistants and other healthcare professionals Supporting families and providing a listening and advisory role These occasional tasks offer you flexibility and diversity, while integrating into a human-sized establishment, committed to the quality of life of both residents and professionals.
