Coordinating Physician (M/F)

Today, we are assisting one of our partners in their search for a Coordinating Physician (M/F), specializing in geriatrics, to join a modern and dynamic Medical Care and Rehabilitation facility located in the Arcachon Bay area. As Coordinating Physician, you will play a key role in the medical organization and the quality of patient care. **Medical Organization and Management** - Develop, manage, and implement the facility's medical project - Ensure continuity of care (organization of on-call and standby shifts) - Supervise patient admissions, guaranteeing their safety - Participate in activity monitoring (PMSI) in conjunction with the relevant teams - Coordinate the geriatric program with all healthcare professionals - Guarantee the quality and compliance of patient records **Coordination and Professional Relations** - Lead and monitor medical bodies (Medical Staff Committee, committees, vigilance committees, etc.) - Develop and maintain relationships with medical partners and healthcare networks **Team Management and Development** - Supervise and unite the medical team - Participate in training and information activities - Promote best professional practices **Quality and Continuous Improvement Approach** - Lead the quality and safety of care approach - Ensure ethical, professional, and scientific practices Why join this position? - Strategic position with a genuine coordinating role - Modern and structured work environment - Committed and dynamic multidisciplinary team - Conditions promoting quality of work life
