Hospital Pharmacist (M/F)

Santé Staffing Médical is recruiting a hospital pharmacist (m/f) for a partner institution, for a position starting in May 2026. You will join a human-sized, dynamic, and well-structured public healthcare facility, a member of a leading regional hospital group. The facility offers a comprehensive range of care: - General and specialized medicine (cardiology, pulmonology, geriatrics) - Maternity and pediatrics - Emergency and anesthesia/intensive care unit - Surgery (orthopedic and digestive) - Complete medical-technical platform (imaging, laboratory, hospital pharmacy) The position: You will join a hospital pharmacy within a committed, supportive, and experienced team. Your main responsibilities - Pharmaceutical analysis of prescriptions (SFPC level 2) - Management of chemotherapy activity (dedicated software) - Participation in the management of sterile medical devices (SMDs) - Contribution to sterilization activity - Participation in drug distribution - Involvement in quality initiatives and securing the medication circuit - Participation in committees, training sessions and cross-functional projects - Supervision of pharmacy students - Contribution to medico-economic management Current projects: - Development of clinical pharmacy (medication reconciliation, patient consultations) - Deployment of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) - Computerization of the medical device circuit The team You will work within a structured team: - Hospital pharmacists - Healthcare manager - Pharmacy technicians - Sterilization technicians - Support staff Collaborative work environment, spirit of mutual support and project dynamics. **Job Details** - Full-time contract (reason 2) - Salary up to €119,130 gross/year depending on experience - Duration: Minimum 6 months (renewable) - Daytime work (no on-call duties) - Annual leave + RTT (reduced working time) + training - Accommodation provided
