As Head of Care, you ensure the organization and coordination of the service in order to guarantee the quality and continuity of care. In this role, you will be responsible for: Supervising, supporting, and uniting the care teams on a daily basis; Organizing the department's activities and anticipating human resource needs; Ensuring communication between medical and paramedical teams and the various departments of the facility; Collaborating closely with the Night Care Unit Manager to guarantee organizational continuity and effective communication of projects to the teams; Ensuring a smooth patient journey from admission to discharge; Participating in the monitoring of activity indicators and the continuous improvement of the department's organization; Contributing to the quality and safety of care and risk management; Supporting teams in the use of the facility's tools and procedures; Participating in the supervision and training of students in conjunction with their internship supervisors; Contributing to institutional projects and initiatives to improve professional practices. As a true hands-on manager, you play a central role in the smooth running of the department, team cohesion, and patient satisfaction.
