Your missions: - Ensure the management and development of the establishment's activity as well as anchoring and reputation in its territory - Ensure the financial and administrative management of the establishment in line with the group's obligations and the implementation of current / future authorization and financing reforms - Conduct a human resources policy adapted to the establishment's project and the orientations of the group's social policy - Mobilize your teams around the establishment's project and drive innovative initiatives - Represent the establishment within your territory of establishment and with various partners - Ensure dialogue with the medical profession, social partners and your employees - Promote, lead the establishment's quality policy and develop good professional practices in partnership with the medical team
