Organizational skills and ability to adopt an appropriate educational approach. Proficiency with IT tools (Office Pack, Outlook). Driving license B desired. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will work within our residential home with the following main missions: - Coordination and organization Ensure the coordination of individual support projects in conjunction with professionals and partners. Manage the continuity of service, schedules and needs of residents. - Intervention and support Propose and lead appropriate collective actions. Provide educational support and support to replace absent colleagues. Provide personalized support to ensure the well-being, safety and autonomy of residents. - Teamwork and professional writing Collaborate with various stakeholders (internal teams, partners). Write professional documents necessary for resident monitoring.
