We are looking for one of our clients, an EHPAD located in the northwest sector of Toulouse, a nurse (M/F) on a permanent contract. The residence is a public establishment, which accommodates 165 residents divided into 4 units and a protected unit. Your missions: - Collection of clinical data, needs and expectations of the person and their entourage - Establishment of the care plan and planning of nursing activities for the patient - Carrying out, monitoring nursing care and supporting the person and their entourage - Monitoring the evolution of the health of patients - Technical assistance during care provided by the doctor - Information and education of the person and their entourage - Writing and updating the patient's file Your skills: Being able to anticipate (plan the activities of other healthcare staff, plan periods without a doctor) Knowing how to: - Assess the state of health and the degree of autonomy of the person - Carry out and formalize the nursing diagnosis and decide on the implementation of care within their initiative - Carry out nursing care and therapeutic activities adapted to the situations while respecting hygiene protocols and rules of good practice - Identify emergency or crisis situations and deal with them with appropriate actions
