The facility: The clinic, located in Montpellier, is a multi-purpose Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR) facility with a geriatric focus. It has approximately 80 beds, including some palliative care beds. (~20 beds per doctor) - Comprehensive post-acute care (following hospitalization, rehabilitation) - Medical team composed of 4 doctors - Complete multidisciplinary team (nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologist, etc.) - State-of-the-art technical facilities. Modern, human-scale structure promoting quality of care and coordination. Objective: to support the patient towards maximum autonomy within an individualized care plan. This position is a temporary locum tenens position for 6 months starting May 12th. We are looking for a General Practitioner or Geriatrician (M/F). Work schedule: 80% with attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (+ 1 on-call shift on Thursday evening and one weekend out of 4). Your responsibilities: - Medical monitoring of patients in a multi-purpose rehabilitation unit with a focus on geriatrics - Development and coordination of the care plan - Close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team - Participation in the medical activities of the facility.
