Santé Staffing is currently assisting a renowned private hospital in recruiting a General Medicine Physician (M/F) to strengthen its medical team and contribute to the development of its inpatient services. A position at the heart of the patient journey: You will join a general medicine department caring for patients with diverse profiles, requiring a comprehensive, coordinated, and multidisciplinary approach. The organization fosters collaboration among professionals and ensures high-quality medical care in a modern and dynamic environment. Beyond current activities, you will participate in an ambitious development project with the upcoming opening of a continuous monitoring unit. Your responsibilities: - Medical monitoring and comprehensive care of hospitalized patients. - Organization of the care pathway and coordination of the various healthcare professionals involved. - Clinical evaluation and adaptation of therapeutic strategies. - Informing and supporting patients and their families. - Participation in medical meetings and institutional projects. - Contributing to the on-call medical rotation organized among physicians. You will be responsible for a unit of approximately 12 beds, allowing for close medical monitoring and a privileged relationship with the care teams. A multidisciplinary team will be by your side. You will work daily in collaboration with: - General practitioners and specialists, oncologists, nurse managers, registered nurses and nursing assistants, psychologists, dietitians, social workers... This structure promotes coordinated care and allows each professional to contribute their expertise to the patient. A stimulating medical environment.
