We are recruiting for our partner client, a Director of a Health and Social Care Training Establishment (M/F) on a permanent contract in the Bouches-du-Rhône department (25km from Marseille). Do you want to give meaning to your career by leading a training establishment at the heart of the challenges in the health and social care sector? Join a recognized organization and take the helm of an establishment with 20 employees, offering IFAP/IFAS/IFSM training programs. Reporting to the regional management, you will be responsible for the overall management of the establishment and ensure its performance, development, and sustainability. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing, uniting, and supporting teams in developing their skills and leading change. - Defining and leading the establishment's project in line with strategic directions, while developing an innovative educational offering. - Ensuring administrative, financial, and budgetary management, with a focus on optimizing and controlling resources. - Guaranteeing the quality of training programs, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Develop partnerships with institutional and regional stakeholders to enhance the institution's visibility. - Continue developing apprenticeship programs and support the implementation of new strategic projects. - Prepare for the future relocation of the facility, planned for 2028. Conditions: - Permanent contract - Full-time - Bouches-du-Rhône department Fixed salary: €57,000 to €60,000 gross per year depending on experience.
