We are looking for qualified caregivers, nursing assistants, or care assistants (male/female): a diploma is mandatory! You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a good listener, and are able to support people with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders. Finally, you demonstrate genuine compassion, patience, and a true team spirit.
We are currently assisting a partner facility in recruiting a Care Assistant, Social and Educational Support Worker (AES), or Healthcare Assistant (AMP) on a fixed-term contract. You will be joining a 52-resident nursing home (EHPAD), offering a human-scale work environment and comprehensive care for the elderly. The facility provides a full range of care services, including: a memory clinic, a day center, a cognitive-behavioral unit, and a nursing home specializing in the care of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. The position is located within the nursing home. The facility distinguishes itself through a modern and human-centered approach: Work in civilian clothes fosters a more natural relationship with residents; therapeutic meals are provided; and the support program focuses on the well-being and maintenance of residents' abilities. Your responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities; contribute to their physical and psychological well-being; help maintain their independence; work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team; and participate in therapeutic activities and the life of the facility.
