We are seeking a Night Nurse for a partner facility located in the heart of the Périgord Vert region of the Dordogne. This is a geriatric-focused residential care facility (SMR) with approximately sixty patients, offering a structured and quality-oriented care environment. You will join a night team of two nursing assistants, working alongside them to ensure continuity of care and patient monitoring throughout the night. Your role will be essential in supporting residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and the smooth coordination of interventions. The work schedule is based on a rotation designed to provide a balanced rhythm between the two weeks: the first week includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, while the second week is dedicated to Wednesday and Thursday nights. Your shifts will run from 8:00 PM to 6:45 AM, with a 45-minute paid break, ensuring comfortable working conditions throughout the night. During your shift, you will also have access to a continuously available on-call physician, guaranteeing support and reassuring assistance in managing situations should they arise.
