You are a state-registered nurse, registered with the Nursing Board. You appreciate working in a small, friendly facility that fosters close relationships with residents and high-quality care. You demonstrate kindness, active listening, and empathy in your daily care. Organized and independent, you are able to manage care effectively while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build trusting relationships with residents, particularly during daily routines such as therapeutic meals. Prior experience in a nursing home is preferred, but motivated recent graduates are also welcome. Available and committed, you are eager to discover a new work environment and take on enriching responsibilities.
We are looking for nurses interested in joining a new facility in Biganos. The facility accommodates 50 residents and offers day shifts with various types of contracts depending on your availability (temporary or fixed-term). Several shift options are available, offering flexibility and adaptability to your schedule. Within the facility, you will actively participate in the care of residents in a close-knit environment that fosters a personal touch and high-quality care. Meals are provided on-site, with the opportunity to share therapeutic meals with residents, promoting connection and daily support.
