We are recruiting for a nursing home (EHPAD) located near Périgueux and are seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a fixed-term contract to strengthen our dedicated and caring team. The facility accommodates 63 residents and also has a 14-bed unit (PASA) offering tailored and personalized support to elderly people with cognitive impairments. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing nursing care and monitoring residents - Participating in the development and implementation of care plans - Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team - Ensuring the quality and safety of care - Providing compassionate support to residents and their families - 12-hour shifts - 10 hours of actual work - 1.5-hour lunch break with the option to leave the premises - 30-minute afternoon break Dynamic team and pleasant working environment Human-scale structure promoting close relationships and high-quality care
