A good understanding of social assistance programs and the local network is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally the SI SIAO software is necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills are required: active listening, empathy, and a professional demeanor. Autonomy, organizational skills, and a team spirit are essential. We are looking for a social worker for our client, a dedicated social services provider, for a permanent position in the Saint-Denis area (93). The position is based in Saint-Denis (93), but regular travel within Seine-Saint-Denis is required. Work organization (35 hours/week): Outreach (fieldwork): Tuesday, Friday, Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Office hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. At the heart of social action, you will be required to: - Engage with people experiencing homelessness during outreach patrols - Create and maintain a relationship of trust with the people being supported - Assess social situations and refer individuals to appropriate services - Provide individualized social support - Work in conjunction with institutional and community partners - Participate in writing progress reports and coordinating actions. Salary between €2200 and €2400 gross/month (no Ségur bonus).
