We are looking for an Educational and Social Companion (M/F) or AMP (M/F) for our partner, a Specialized Reception House (MAS) located near Sainte-Foy-Lès-Lyon and accessible by public transport. Who are we? Welcome to our MAS, otherwise known as our Maison des Aventuriers Sympathiques (ok, it means \"Specialized Reception House\", but we prefer our version!). Our mission? To offer a caring living environment to adults with disabilities, with a team that puts heart and humor into every day. The position: We need an Educational and Social Companion (AES) or AMP on a permanent contract (11 hours a day, one weekend off out of two!). You are both an excellent life companion and an ally in daily battles. If you have the human fiber, an easy smile and the desire for a job that makes sense, we are waiting for you! Your missions, if you accept them: - Supporting Super-Residents: Daily help (toilets, meals, travel) with patience and good humor. - Joy and Leisure Animator: Participate in activities and initiate entertainment, even if you have two left feet! - Listening and Kindness: Be there for them, listen without judging, and offer adapted educational actions. - Unwavering support: In collaboration with our shock team, ensure the monitoring and safety of residents.
