We are looking for one of our clients, a nursing home located in Balma (31130) a Care Assistant (M/F) on a permanent day contract. Main missions: - You accompany the person in the gestures of daily life. - You ensure the safety and comfort of the person, contribute to their overall care. - You communicate appropriately with all the actors. - You monitor the general condition of the person, identify changes in it and inform the nurse of abnormal manifestations or risks. Profile sought: a person who has at least one year of experience in helping the elderly Hourly range: 10 hours per day Remuneration from 2004.92EUR GROSS per month Benefits: - Resumption of seniority - SEGUR bonus 238EUR GROSS - Attendance bonus 150EUR GROSS paid at the beginning of the 4th month - Company savings plan
