We are looking for one of our clients, a Clinic located in the Quint Fonsegrives area, a Nurse (M/F) on a permanent contract at night. Located less than 10 kilometers from the city center of Toulouse, the SMR clinic is a multi-purpose geriatric medical and rehabilitation care facility. With 120 beds, 5 of which are dedicated to palliative care, the structure supports patients in their rehabilitation and in the medical care related to their pathology or following a surgical procedure. Main missions: You provide preventive, curative or palliative nursing care, aimed at promoting, maintaining and restoring health. You contribute to the continuity of care by traceability of the care provided and by communicating targeted information to the various stakeholders in care. You participate in the implementation of the quality approach, the establishment project and the evaluation of practices. You contribute to health education and support for individuals or groups in their care pathway in connection with their therapeutic project. You would also work as part of a multi-professional team, independently and/or in collaboration. The hours of the position are night: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
