Santé Staffing is looking for one of its clients, in the Montpellier area, a deputy director for an MCO establishment. Full-time permanent contract in an establishment with 300 beds and places, more than 500 FTEs and more than 200 practitioners. Your missions: -Guarantee the continuity of management in its absence and ensure the proper functioning of the establishment -Actively participate in the development of the clinic's activities by implementing the establishment's strategy on an operational level -Participate in the implementation of a human resources policy adapted to the establishment's project -Promote, lead the establishment's policy and develop good professional practices in compliance with HAS requirements and in compliance with the group's quality/risk management policy
