We are looking for one of our clients based in the Nailloux area, an IDEC (M/F) for a 6-month fixed-term contract to be filled from 06/01/2025 (possibility of extension) The position is to be filled in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (13 doctors, 1 Medco, 35 AS, 6 CDI..) Your missions: Supervise, lead and manage the care team. Also participate in the recruitment of new talent for your team. Ensure communication with residents and families, providing them with quality support throughout their stay Actively contribute to our project of continuous improvement and development of the establishment 35-hour schedule: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with 1.5 hours of free lunch break) and one Monday off out of 2
