It is part of a policy and a care project that aims for the continuous improvement of quality and safety. Technical, relational and educational care can be preventive, curative and palliative. He/she carries out his/her activity in relation with other professionals in the health sector, the social and medico-social sector and the educational sector. He/she is a major player in the patient journey, in the design, definition and planning of personalized care projects, but also in supporting patients and their entourage.
