Come join the friendly team of an EHPAD located between Toulouse and Montauban which is looking for an IDEC (M/F) on a full-time permanent contract. The residence can accommodate up to 76 residents in single rooms. Your missions: Coordinate and optimize care services in order to ensure and guarantee the care of residents Guarantee the creation and monitoring of care procedures and protocols Guarantee the implementation of the establishment's care project and its update Supervise and lead the teams Ensure listening and support for residents
