You are an IDEC or have the inclination to become one and you wish to evolve in a nursing home located in the Mérignac area, this offer may interest you. We are currently looking for an IDEC who will evolve in a partner nursing home. Your main missions will be to: - Coordinate care and service provision to residents. - Supervise and train the nursing staff. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer personalized care adapted to the needs of each resident. The establishment is easily accessible by public transport and has a large parking lot to accommodate its staff.
