We are looking for one of our clients, a clinic located in the Colomiers area, a nurse (M/F) on a temporary basis during the day and at night, in the SSR. The establishment has a capacity of 100 beds in full-time hospitalization and 15 beds in day hospitalization. The Clinic welcomes patients requiring multidisciplinary rehabilitation. Main missions: You provide nursing care to promote the health and autonomy of the people received. You contribute to the continuity of care by traceability of the care provided and by communicating targeted information to the various stakeholders in the care. You participate in the implementation of the quality approach, the establishment project and the evaluation of practices.
