Santé Staffing is looking for one of its partners located in Perpignan, a NURSE (M/F) on a permanent contract, day, full time within a Pôle Santé center. Missions: - Take charge of personalized care and ensure that the patient's identity is verified - Ensure the reception and care of the patient in tandem with the nursing assistant - Carry out care on medical prescriptions upon the patient's arrival and implement the therapies - Plan care according to the patient's needs - Assess the patient's pain, and administer the treatment according to the medical protocol - Take blood/fluid, biological and bacteriological samples - Ensure specific monitoring of patients according to the different pathologies and failing vital functions - Carry out nursing and hygiene care in tandem with the nursing assistant - Actively participate in early rehabilitation in collaboration with the rehabilitation team - Prepare and organize equipment for patient transport - Carry out emergency care in tandem with the doctor
