We are looking for one of our clients, a Clinic located in the Toulouse area, a Nurse (M/F) on a permanent contract to join the HAD (Home Hospitalization) branch. The HAD provides continuous and coordinated medical and paramedical care 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, at the patient's home. The HAD has 5 sites: Toulouse, Carbonne, l'Union, Auch and Dému. The multidisciplinary team specializes in palliative care, pediatrics, therapeutic education and pain management. Main missions: - Take care of patients hospitalized in HAD - Provide the required care, alone or in collaboration with the nursing assistant, prescribed by the attending physician or specialist in coordination with the HAD doctor. - Provide preventive, curative and palliative missions. Profile sought: A person who masters the HAD equipment (auto-analgesia pump, enteral nutrition pump, parenteral nutrition pump, TPN, catheter port and use of Hubert needle, glucometers, etc.). A good knowledge of pathologies and treatments is necessary, particularly on neuro, pneumo, onco, endocrino, dermato, cardiac, palliative care and cica. We are also looking for a person who is familiar with analgesic treatments according to the WHO levels.
