Surgery, SSPI or Medicine Department Hours in 12 hours + weekends in rotation; Position to be filled on an interim basis or on a fixed-term contract depending on your availability Your missions will be as follows: - Identify the patient's needs, make a nursing diagnosis. - Formulate care objectives, implement appropriate actions and evaluate them. - Respect medical prescriptions. - Transmit information to the patient relating to their actions. - Carry out administrative formalities including the proper maintenance of the computerized nursing care record. - Participate in the prevention of nosocomial infections - Work in collaboration with the nursing assistant to ensure an optimal stay and care for patients.
