Santé Staffing is looking for one of its clients based 30 km south of Narbonne, a Care Assistant (M/F) in a nursing home. Your role will be to ensure the well-being of the residents: - Accompany the residents in their daily lives: the rooms are equipped with transfer rails to facilitate your comfort and that of the residents - Work as a team: Health manager, ASH, catering team, psychologist... will be there to help you - Promote non-drug therapies: you will be trained in the Montessori method to promote the autonomy of the residents. In addition to the conventional salary, your seniority is 100%. Your meals will also be covered by the Residence.
