PHYSIOTHERAPIST (M/F)

Skills / Profile description: We are looking for a passionate, motivated and committed physiotherapist, ready to provide quality care and contribute to the well-being of patients. Technical skills: - State Diploma of Masseur-Kinesitherapist (or equivalent recognized in France) and registration with the Order of Masseurs Kinésithérapeutes. - Mastery of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic massage and functional assessment. - Good knowledge of pathologies (neurology, respiratory, etc.) and ability to personalize treatments. - Competence in the use of physiotherapy equipment and modern rehabilitation tools. - Mastery of OSIRIS software. Human qualities: - Great empathy and active listening, essential to establish a climate of trust with patients. - Teaching and clear communication to motivate and support each individual in their care journey. - Patience and kindness, with an ability to encourage sometimes slow but significant progress. - Organizational and relational skills: - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, with a collaborative spirit. - Autonomy in managing priorities and schedules. - Rigor in respecting hygiene protocols and administrative rules.
