You must be a qualified Nursing Assistant (male/female). Previous experience in a nursing home is preferred, but recent graduates are also welcome. We are currently seeking two motivated and available Care Assistants (male/female) who wish to make a long-term commitment to a human-scale facility, renowned for the quality of its care and the compassion of its staff. To bolster our workforce before the summer season, our partner is offering stable positions with genuine prospects for long-term integration. Located in Baziège, the facility accommodates 91 residents in a warm and welcoming environment. You will join a close-knit, dynamic, and multidisciplinary team dedicated to the well-being of both residents and staff. Your main responsibilities: Assisting residents with daily living activities; Participating in hygiene, comfort, and preventative care; Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of residents; Working collaboratively with the care team to guarantee high-quality care; Actively participating in the life of the facility and maintaining a caring and supportive environment.
