We are looking for a full-time, permanent Healthcare Assistant (m/f) for one of our clients, a clinic specializing in Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR) located in the Dordogne (24). Your responsibilities: As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the care and support of patients throughout their treatment and rehabilitation journey. In this role, you will be required to: Provide hygiene, comfort, and preventative care; Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting their independence; Monitor patients' health and communicate information to the healthcare team; Participate in the implementation of individualized care plans; Contribute to the quality and safety of patient care. Conditions: Permanent, full-time contract. 8 or 12-hour shifts depending on the department's schedule. Rotating work schedule with weekend participation. Salary based on qualifications and experience. Position available as soon as possible.
