Are you looking to work in a facility where quality care, teamwork, and resident well-being are top priorities? We are recruiting for a small, friendly nursing home (EHPAD) located near Bergerac. We are seeking a full-time, permanent Care Assistant, Social and Educational Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant (M/F). Your mission: As part of a dedicated and caring multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the daily care of 76 residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting residents with essential daily living activities - Providing hygiene, comfort, and preventative care - Contributing to maintaining residents' independence and developing their individual care plans - Fostering social connections and the well-being of those we support - Working closely with all professionals at the facility - Contributing to respectful, individualized, and high-quality care. The facility welcomes dependent elderly individuals and also offers specialized support for those with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's or related conditions. The team relies on a compassionate approach and practices that promote the well-being of residents.
