Santé Staffing Médical, a recruitment agency specializing in healthcare professions, is seeking a General Practitioner on behalf of its client to join their multidisciplinary Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR) service with a focus on oncology. Locum periods: - July 13-17: 1 general practitioner (4 days) - July 27-31: 1 general practitioner (4 or 5 days) - August 3-7: 1 oncology-LISP physician (4 or 5 days) - August 10-21: 1 general practitioner (5 days) and 1 oncology-LISP physician (4 or 5 days) - August 24-28: 1 general practitioner (5 days) The work environment is highly structured and focused on: - Quality and safety of care - Multidisciplinary teamwork - Continuous improvement of practices The service provides care for patients: - in post-surgical functional rehabilitation (Orthopedics, Traumatology) - Oncology - Multi-pathology including Neurology You will work in an environment with: - a complete technical platform (hydrotherapy, mechanotherapy, functional rehabilitation, etc.) - expert teams: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, psychomotor therapists, etc. - structured social support to facilitate the return home * A collaborative medical organization - Team composed of experienced physicians - Close coordination with paramedical teams - Individualized care plan for each patient - Involvement in the medical dynamics of the facility * Your responsibilities - Ensure the medical follow-up of patients in general rehabilitation and experience in oncology rehabilitation - Participate in individualized therapeutic projects - Contribute to the coordination of care - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medical projects * What our client offers Net remuneration of €550 per day for 7 hours of work per day!
