Managing Pharmacist (M/F)

We are recruiting a Managing Pharmacist to join a private healthcare facility located in the Prades area. Working closely with the medical and nursing teams, you will actively participate in ensuring the safety of the medication circuit and the continuous improvement of practices. Your main responsibilities: Ensure the management and smooth operation of the hospital pharmacy; Guarantee the supply, storage, and security of medications and medical devices; Supervise the medication circuit and ensure compliance with best practices; Participate in the pharmaceutical analysis of prescriptions; Support and advise medical and nursing teams; Manage the pharmacy team and coordinate its activities; Participate in quality, risk management, and patient safety initiatives; Contribute to the development and improvement projects of the facility.
