Santé Staffing is recruiting a State-Registered Nurse to work in a nursing home (EHPAD) located in the Montpellier area. You will join a human-scale facility, renowned for the quality of its care for dependent elderly people. As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the comprehensive care of residents in a caring environment where listening, respect, and quality of care are paramount. The facility promotes a personalized approach to care and emphasizes maintaining the autonomy, comfort, and well-being of residents. Work schedule: One weekend out of three; one week out of three from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM; other weeks daytime hours according to the schedule. Integration into a stable and dynamic team. Your responsibilities: Providing nursing care and monitoring the health status of residents; performing technical procedures and administering prescribed treatments. Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized care plans. Ensure the clinical monitoring of residents and alert the appropriate personnel when necessary. Guarantee the traceability of care and the quality of information provided. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing assistants, and the entire multidisciplinary team. Support residents and their families with compassionate care.
