Home Care Assistant (M/F) **Fixed-term contract - 130 hours per month** **Start date: July 2026** **Area: Cubjac Home Care Service - interventions within a radius of approximately 20 km around Cubjac** We are recruiting for our home care service partner a **qualified Home Care Assistant** to join their team starting in July 2026. Your responsibilities: * Provide hygiene, comfort, and preventative care in patients' homes. * Support individuals in maintaining their independence. * Monitor the health of clients and communicate the necessary information. * Participate in the personalized follow-up of clients in collaboration with the team. What we offer: * Working hours: 130 hours per month. * Application of the Home Care Collective Agreement. * Start date: July 2026. Work schedule: According to the schedule: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and/or 7:30 am - 1:00 pm. Visits are made within a radius of approximately 20 km around Cubjac.
