To strengthen its team and support the development of its projects, we are recruiting a Psychologist or Neuropsychologist for our partner, a human-scale healthcare and social care facility. The facility comprises: a Medical and Rehabilitation Care Service (SMR) and a nursing home (EHPAD) with a secure unit. Located in a rural setting, approximately 30 minutes from Bergerac and on the edge of the Lot-et-Garonne department, the facility benefits from dedicated teams, a stable organization, and a strong culture of quality patient and resident care. Within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will play a central role in supporting the individuals we serve and in the development of professional practices. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting psychological, cognitive, and behavioral assessments - Providing therapeutic follow-up and participating in diagnoses - Contributing to the development and monitoring of personalized care plans - Writing reports and ensuring traceability in the electronic patient file - Supporting teams with your clinical and technical expertise - Actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings and discussions - Supporting families throughout the care process - Designing and leading cognitive and memory stimulation workshops - Participating in discussions on ethics, respectful treatment, and quality of care - Utilizing your specific skills (hypnosis, brief therapies, etc.) in pain management and end-of-life care.
