You hold a Master's degree (Master 2) in Psychology, specializing in clinical psychology or neuropsychology. Experience in the healthcare and social services sector, geriatrics, specialized care facilities, or nursing homes is a valuable asset. You are proficient in psychological and cognitive assessment tools and know how to establish a therapeutic framework adapted to vulnerable populations. Your excellent writing skills enable you to produce clear, rigorous, and actionable reports. Beyond your training and technical skills, you stand out for your professional approach: - You demonstrate attentive listening and strong analytical skills - You know how to adapt your approach according to the clinical situations encountered - You are committed to respecting the principles of ethics, compassionate care, and human dignity - You appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team and engaging in consultation - You are able to manage your work autonomously, while contributing to an institutional dynamic - You enjoy being proactive and contributing to the evolution of practices by initiating new projects (workshops, tools, cross-functional actions, etc.). To strengthen its organization, a small, community-based healthcare facility is seeking a Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to actively participate in the development of its practices and support services. The facility includes: - A Medical and Rehabilitation Care Service (SMR) - A nursing home (EHPAD) with a secure unit. Located in a rural setting, the facility benefits from stable and dedicated teams. It is distinguished by its ethical values and its commitment to providing high-quality care for patients and residents. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in a variety of high-value tasks: - Conducting psychological, cognitive, and behavioral assessments - Making diagnoses and providing therapeutic follow-up - Participating in the development and evolution of personalized projects - Writing reports and ensuring their traceability in the computerized patient file - Providing technical support and collaborating closely with the teams - Participating in multidisciplinary discussions - Supporting families throughout their journey - Setting up and leading cognitive and memory stimulation workshops - Addressing issues related to ethics and respectful care - Contributing, according to your expertise (hypnosis, brief therapies, etc.), to pain management and end-of-life care. Your role is fully integrated into the continuity and improvement of the care pathway.
