As Head of Nursing, you will play a key role in the organization and smooth operation of the operating room. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the daily organization of the operating room and coordinating activities to ensure seamless patient care. * Managing, supporting, and motivating the nursing teams to achieve high quality and performance. * Ensuring the proper management of material resources and medical devices necessary for the activity. * Guaranteeing the quality, safety, and continuity of care in accordance with protocols and current regulations. * Participating in risk management and the continuous improvement of professional practices. * Collaborating closely with medical teams, the pharmacy, and the various departments of the facility. * Contributing to institutional projects, quality initiatives, and the development of the facility. * Supporting professionals in their skills development and participating in the training of staff and interns.
